An Amazing Nonya Evening on Kennedy Road

As a farewell, our wonderful friends Ting Chan and Vicki Lukins arranged a catered Nonya feast from two lovely ladies.  They normally cater in Tung Chung, but charming Ting managed to convince them to come out to his lovely library apartment on Kennedy Road.  It was a truly charming evening.
Elisabeth was also there - she's a friend of Vicki's whom we also were acquainted with as she was Maitre'd at M at the Fringe.
We enjoyed some innovative new dishes - like this tamarind dish made with an unusual nut and yummy ginger lemongrass tea...
...to otak otak.  I've never had homemade otak before - it was delicious!
We were served a different tea between each course, to refresh our palates.
We finished up with the most delicious bubu cha cha I have ever had!
