Valentine's Day with Cousins
Katy was so happy that we got to visit Noah, Ellie, Junior and Auntie Heather at home in Carlton before we went to Lutsen. Uncle Ryan had to work!
Valentine's Day this year is also the Chinese Lantern Festival to mark the 15th day of the first lunar month and the official end of Chinese New Year. So Katy brought up some lanterns and paints for the kids to decorate.
Katy got Junior some New Zealand style ranch treats for Valentine's Day! He is such a tolerant dog and so good with kids. He barely lifted an eyebrow when Katy sat on him.
Our visit was all too short, but Uncle Rick loved horsing around with the kids. Elizabeth said she didn't want us to leave, so that was a great endorsement!
