Tuesday is a busy day for Katy. I pick her up early from school for piano in Edina at 2.45pm then we rush over to Eden Prairie for gymnastics. She needs her pick-me-ups during the ride in between! Today, we had extra special treats - homemade chocolate eclairs from clever Auntie Eileen, who made her own choux pastry, and chocolate covered pretzels from Miss Annette for Valentine's Day!
