Fatigue is a villain. Coming home exhausted after a full Friday of busy-ness in the City, I tripped on the 5th step away from our front door and dislocated my little finger. Not what we needed in these busy times - spent Friday evening and Saturday evening at Adventist. Was attended by Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Li Yun-Hoi after pethidine and novocaine to get me in a place where he could put the finger back in place.
