It was wonderful to finally make it to Brunei to visit my Uncle Bernard and his family. Dilys and Darryl are in the UK studying, but Katy loved getting to know my cousins Denise and Darren, and Darren's girlfriend Vanessa.
Our family revolves around eating, so our first activity on our first day was to try the Brunei kolomee at Uncle Bernard's favourite kolomee place.
