Farewell Alliance Building Penthouse Office

The first of many many farewells to Hong Kong...Harton Lee Limited moves out of the offices we bought in Sheung Wan in 2010 and sold for a great price in 2011...

We bought two offices - B and C - on the top floor - the 24th floor.  Dada enjoyed the sweeping views of Hong Kong Harbour, and in particular, the front row seats to the helipad at the Shun Tak Macau Ferry Terminal.

Funnily enough, the female staff at Harton Lee did not like the sunshine, light and views, and put up umbrellas to protect themselves from the glare and UV rays!
Katy was excited to be involved in the big move.

She really loves visiting Dada at the office and insists on spending as much time there as possible "working for Dada".
She also loves visiting Uncle Jimmy, who is always teasing Katy!
This office has been very good to us - close to the DB ferry terminal, right next door to Sheung Wan MTR station exit B, executive bathrooms (!), and in a very vibrant part of Hong Kong with lots of groovy little restaurants and boutiques but with still a very strong old Hong Kong flavour, something that is disappearing as the developers move in.
We'll miss the office a lot, but we look forward to bigger and better things in our new serviced office at 100 QRC.  It's a cozy, sleek, full-service fiefdom for Uncle Jimmy!

Wan our IT guy comes one last time to sort out our move.
