Hello Singapore

We arrived in Singapore late on Friday evening, so woke up late on Saturday morning, and meandered down to Marina Bay Mall for some local breakfast treats.  Katy and Nate were so cute together and really took to each other very quickly, although Katy is learning the meaning of having a little sibling who wants to do everything you do and wants to share everything you have...
It works both ways though.  Although she's getting big now, Katy insisted on having swings just like Nate. Uncle Jay and Dada really got some air under Katy.
For dinner, we headed to Lau Par Sat, a huge old hawker centre with beautiful original fixtures.  Singapore has done a fantastic job of preserving many of the old buildings.  We had satays, oyster omelettes, char kway tiao, murbatak and coconuts.
