Fireworks Show Shower

We seem to have lucked into splendid fireworks shows wherever we go.  It was Singapore's turn to put on a show for the HK Krauels.  And the Leong apartment perched above Marina Bay with floor to ceiling 270 degree views provided the second best seats in the city...

...because Katy discovered that the only thing more fun than watching fireworks is watching fireworks while having a shower! Katy was delighted to discover that there was a fantastic view from the Leongs' spectacular guest room shower.  These were definitely the best seats in the city!

Shampooing just takes on a new dimension when you lather up to the bloom of fireworks in the background!

Katy kept saying over and over "wow this is awesome" (with for some reason a very Australian accent so it sounded like "oarsome" and then "this is amazing, so amazing, this is the most amazing thing and I'll never forget this for the rest of my life!"

I have no idea what soap operas she's watching, but she sure does come up with some dramatic lines sometimes.

In the end, the "fireworks show shower" proved to be a very efficient way to get a preschooler to have a shower during a fireworks show, which allowed Katy to have some chance of getting to bed at a decent hour.
