Read an article about The Eagles today. Loved this quote:

We knew how to party back then, but we don't anymore. We have discovered sleep. Sleep was unknown to us in the 1970s.

We are so with that. Poor Katy is being tortured by the Drop The Nap blues. She really needs a little nap but she just can't do it very consistently. And if she doesn't get to bed by 6 after no nap, and that happens too many days in a row, then Katy has a really hard time, crying and screaming inconsolably like a toddler possessed.

Last night was a really difficult night for all of us with multiple wakeups and screaming episodes. It was tough for Mama and Dada. All night partying was last decade for us!

She told me after Sunday's episode that she had an owwie in her heart.

So it's super early bedtimes for Katy this week until she comes right again.
