Mama and Tia made mini pavlovas, which were a huge hit with Katy and Auntie Yvonne. And not too much sugar for little (and big) tummies, plus full of fruit. So a huge hit with Mama.
Here's a look at Katy Rose's busy life. We hope this blog will help Katy and us to stay connected with dearly loved family and friends all over the world. Check in with us here to see what Katy does next!

Afternoon Tea with Auntie Yvonne
Auntie Yvonne is back from a very long trip to the UK, and we invited her over to share afternoon tea with us one Thursday afternoon.
Mama got out our beautiful Limoges teapot and creamer, and Katy got out her shiny Alessi teapot and pretty pink Ikea plates.
Afternoon tea is a lovely excuse to bring out the wedding china. We used beautiful whimsical teacups given by Vicki and Ting, and the metal teapot was a present from Kim and Martin. It's perfect for two year old and three year old tea parties because it doesn't leak like Katy's plastic pretend teapots, but it is also robust enough for little fingers to handle. We did the tea on a pretty vinyl tablecloth to make cleanup a breeze.
