Trick or Treat

Mama had overbooked us, so we rushed from Ellie's Halloween Party to meet the Chens at Headland Drive for Trick or Treat. We met the Chens at Singapore Airport and hit it off. They live in Shanghai and pass through Hong Kong a lot.
By this stage, Katy was a little bedraggled schizophrenic cat fairy...
A lot of people were worried about the Headland Drive trick of treat because it has been very crowded and gory the last couple of years. However, we were fortunate that it was quite relaxed, uncrowded, and not too scary or gory this year. What the kids loved the most was the whole trick or treat concept. Katy really got into it this year, just absolutely thrilled at the whole idea that people give you candy after you enthusiastically yell "Happy Halloween" and "Trick or Treat - Give me something good to eat" at them.
Katy and Isabella really loved this guy, who had this funny looking hanging ghoul thing that laughed. It made Katy jump a little bit, but because we were all laughing, and the guy was making fun of it, Katy and Isabella started giggling about it too.

Being DB, we met many friends and neighbours on our walk, including Jessie from 11A Seahorse.
And I found Katy happily posing in other people's Halloween photos!
