Katy Sleep Training

Sleep training is and has been a major feature of our lives, very much regulating our daily routines and activities. So not surprisingly, Katy spends a lot of time putting her babies to sleep and training them! Here she is demonstrating how to go to sleep:

1. Recognise the signs of sleepiness. For Katy, this has always been rubbing her eyes, and more markedly, itching in her ears, ever since she was a tiny teeny baby!!2. Create quiet time.
3. Story time

4. Song/cuddle/"nana" (nursing)
5. Sleeeeeeeeping!
