After ballet, Mama took Katy to see the new Montessori school, which we loved. Then it was time for "coffee" with Mama, a little bit of a misnomer as Mama does not drink coffee (except Paul's iced coffee in Darwin) and Katy can't drink coffee. But after being told "we're going for "coffee" with Mama", or "with Tiffany and Ellie" etc, Katy insisted that she was going to have coffee. To her credit, once you explain things to Katy, she is generally pretty good at understanding the situation and moving on. She knows she is not meant to have coffee and will refuse even if offered now. But she still cheekily will pretend to ask for it as a joke.
Katy did get a special treat of lemon and chocolate lamingtons, because she did so well at ballet and the school visit.
Katy LOVES babies! So not surprisingly, she went over to have a cuddle with the cute little 5 month old baby sitting next to us. Thomas just gazed at Katy adoringly and gave her lots of flirty smiles.
You should have seen the big smile he put on when Katy went to give him a cuddle for the pictures. They were totally adorable together. Katy would really love a little brother or sister.
