Katy loved seeing her Darwin Kung Tai again. There was no shyness, no hanging back, no hesitation. As soon as we walked in the room, Katy ran right up to Kung Tai and gave him a huge hug, lots of cuddles, and turned on the charm and performed all the Katy Best Hits - singing, dancing, play acting. Kung Tai LOVED it. You could tell he was so proud of Katy and he was so very affectionate with Katy.
Kung Tai was a lot stronger physically and mentally than the last time we saw him. It was great. He still gets a little frustrated about the numbness in him right arm and leg. Bert gave him lots of massages, which was great role modelling for Katy. She wanted to get in on the act too, so they started a Lai Family massage congo line!
