When we flew to Minnesota, we couldn't believe how well Katy did on the flight and how well she did on arrival. She had jetlag but it was so manageable and she did so well with it that it hardly had any impact. She adapted pretty quickly. She did even better on the flight back from Minnesota. We really were thinking it was all too easy...and then we got home. Now, Katy really didn't do badly all things considered. But wow oh wow did the poor girl have jetlag. She passed out in the afternoon and just wanted to sleep. We could hardly wake her up. She woke up at 11pm and wanted to play all night. Sometimes she would go back to sleep around 5am until mid morning. We were so so lucky to have lots of help when we got back so we kind of tag teamed playing with Katy at 3am in the morning. We are very blessed to have Tia Mila and Julie Ate at home with us!
We DID enjoy not having to worry about naps though! Katy was like a rag doll. SO funny!
We also LOVED being able to nap with Katy. Ironically, we would love to have Katy nap or sleep with us sometimes, but she is too light a sleeper for us to be able to do this. We can't even go into her room to check on her at night anymore as this wakes her up and she then wants to play! But when Katy had jetlag, we all got into bed for lovely cuddles and naps with our living doll.

Appreciate this photo of Katy sleeping! We aren't really able to get many photos of Katy "sleeping like a baby"!
