Katy in Wonderland

It is getting mighty hot in Hong Kong and we have had record torrential rain for the last week or so. The babies have been getting restless...so Katy has started burning off all the energy in the afternoon at this fantastic padded giant (airconditioned!) playroom at Siena, our nearby club for Discovery Bay residents:




followed by paddling in the many fun pools filled with water slides and rides:






Again, apologies for the photos. Just snaps to give everyone a flavour of Katy day by day. She really moves too fast to actually take any decent pictures of her doing anything really fun or funny!

Pool and playroom dates are becoming de rigueur among the Mummies and Babies in our various DB playgroups, but this afternoon, I got to have some really lovely one on one play time with Katy in the playroom and at the pool. I really loved it! It was so nice to be able to focus all my attention on Katy as I am usually chatting with the Mummies and watching Katy at the same time. She is just so entertaining, happy, loving and good-natured...especially after she has had a good afternoon nap!

We are so blessed to be so fortunate to be able to live in this great community with fantastic facilities for kids. Thanks Daddy for working so hard so we can enjoy all this! We love it! We especially appreciate the fresh air and space given that we live in the high-tech, high-rise, high-density metropolis of Hong Kong.
